Coaching is my life. Coaching is my passion. It’s the reason I love to get up every single morning. Working with people to help them overcome personal or professional barriers and achieve great success is simply the best job in the world. And it’s this passion and self-motivation which led me to establish Excel Coaching.
I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching practice and I understand the pressures of running a business. For many years, I managed my own successful recruitment consultancy working with blue-chip companies.

I’m a fully trained and accredited Personal Performance & Life Coach with a diploma from The Coaching Academy - the world’s largest coach training provider. I’m also a coach for the University of Central Lancashire’s Lead Programme. Excel Coaching is based in the Northwest, although I work with clients across the UK and worldwide through telephone coaching.
