My name is Nigel and I am your personal Travel Counsellor so please allow me to explain some of the reasons that people have for entrusting me with their travel arrangements. Firstly, you receive real old-fashioned care and service. You can speak with me in the evenings and weekends if you need to. If flights or tickets change or you have a baggage query or a question about your destination just give me a call and I’ll call you back promptly.

Possibly just as important, I'm a real fanatical traveller and will enjoy planning your trips as much as you will. If you’re travelling on business I’ll do my best to make sure it is with ease and comfort.

As for the experience I can bring to you - I have travelled the world, both for leisure and at other times on business, sometimes travelling first or business class and staying in the world's finest hotels. I love citybreaks as much as beaches and have a wide knowledge of where to visit for cultural interest, charm, a variety of activities or that peaceful break in the sun. Sharing my travels with my wife and two young boys has given me a broader knowledge of family holidays and all the little hints and tips to make your journey as stress free as possible!

In addition to destination knowledge I have more than twelve years' experience as a professional in the travel industry and am accomplished at organising all kinds of travel experiences. I've worked in both business travel and leisure travel, I’ve built tailor-made itineraries for tour operators, school group trips and worked within emergency service teams for travellers, troubleshooting when problems occur overseas – or even en route to the airport. This is an additional complementary service that I can happily offer you. If some unforeseen blip does occur then you can contact me - I know what to do! All of my clients have my mobile telephone number in case of emergencies and I have the full support of a 24-hour response team at my Head Office.
