We are looking for someone who will get a great deal of satisfaction from leading a small, happy team, dedicated to keeping our premises up to four star standards and giving colleagues a superb maintenance service.  The effective management of contractors and projects is also a significant part of the job. Previous hotel experience is not necessary but in such a small team there will be plenty of opportunity for ‘hands on’ working, so experience of a trade or good all round knowledge is essential. Â
